Selling my 97 E36 M3 four door that has been really well cared for and highly modified. Cosmos on dove grey interior, front seats are Vaders but should be reconditioned. 183k miles on vehicle. There was a head and valve job along with new cams done 20k miles ago. I have photos of vehicle on my profile and can email current ones since there are size limits. I’m asking $8500 or best reasonable offer. Located in Boston, MA.

I will tell you what the car will need (maintenance-wise) up front. I just had it in recently at SunMotors BMW and they gave me a list of recommendations… Water pump & thermostat should be replaced, oil filter housing, a couple other small things that are easy DIYs, should get a new alignment. Recently installed new FCABs & Akebono ceramic brake pads. Replaced all of the spark plugs a couple months ago; lower intake boot, upper intake boot & cabin air filter have been replaced. Subframe has been checked – no tears. Sedan taillight recall problem was fixed at the dealership (even though mine didn’t have a problem).

Auto, Dove light gray leather, updated to 1999 3-spoke steering wheel, installed rear headrests (only came on 1998′s), Dinan exhaust, Bilstein Sport shocks, Eibach springs, $700 Strut bar.
Glass Depo angel eye headlights with Xenon bulbs. Just installed black suede headliner and complete sunroof. Recent maintenance: complete cooling system: radiator, fan shroud, thermostat, hoses, metal thermostat cover. Spark plugs, battery, EGR valve, transmission service, all filters. Previous owner was in entertainment industry and spared no expense in maintaining this car. He spend over $60,000 over 10 years at a reputable BMW shop. Have complete records. For example, differential was replaced with factory replacement at full cost ($3300 part only).
The car has a salvage title due to rear end collision on passenger side. Exhaust or suspension was not touched so no mechanical damage. Have photos of damage. Professionally fixed, have photos from body shop at different stages of repair. Must see and drive to appreciate. Price is firm. Please call me for additional info. 8 1 8 – five 9 9- five 9 five 9
